On the lonely highways outside Red Bluff, Texas, tow truck driver Eddie Rawlins begins hearing strange voices over an old CB radio, including one belonging to his brother who vanished three years earlier. Following a trail of mysterious transmissions into abandoned government land, Eddie uncovers a buried station hiding something that was never meant to be found.
