Where the hell is Matt?

OMG! Where have I been? Yes, I know. The last blog entry was November. This is crazy. Needless to say, I've been extremely busy with so much going on. So, here we go...

In December of '14, I met an author at a book signing, who told me about his publishing company that was based locally. I was so naive; I just couldn't believe it. Was there really a possibility that I might be able to get on with this company? (of course that's what I was thinking, who wouldn't?) Within a week, I had met the CEO and founder of the group (Amanda Thrasher) and things just seemed to start moving forward quickly. Eventhough I had gone the self-publishing route, I made the decision to start over with Hope and attempt to re-publish it under Progressive Rising Phoenix Press. I knew if I didn't, I'd be kicking myself later.

As of March 2015, I'm happy to say that Hope is now part of the PRPP team, and I have been given the title of 'webmaster'. What? Yes, I re-designed the website and maintain it now. I'm now part of the company and kinda still can't believe it. It really is on honor to be doing it and it's been a lot of fun.

Is that all you ask? Well, no, not really.I'm still playing music too. There will be an update to the website soon with a whole new section on the current band situation.
